One year ago, we welcomed Decision Resources Group (DRG) to the Clarivate portfolio of brands. Today we mark the next step in this journey as the DRG brand now becomes one with the Clarivate brand. Starting today, you will begin to see the DRG brand less and less as we migrate communications and, look and feel to the Clarivate brand. While you may still see some DRG branded communications here and there, over the coming weeks this will be replaced by Clarivate branding.
We’re incredibly excited about this next step in our union and would like to reassure our customers that we are here to support you. Even though we have a new look, our commitment to you remains the same. In fact, since the union of Clarivate and DRG, we have been able to support our customers with solutions across the entire drug, device and medical technology lifecycles. Our combined high-value data, analytics and insights products and services enable the world’s leading pharma, biotech and medical technology companies to achieve success in complex health markets. We are also taking stock of this opportunity to enhance our approach and service for a more unified and consistent brand experience for our valued customers.

Q: Is there anything I need to do as a customer in light of this transition?
No, we will inform customers ahead of time if any action is required on their part as we continue with the integration. We are excited to leverage our combined solutions to deliver greater value to our customers.
Q: Will my key contact change?
A: At this time, we do not expect changes to key contacts. However, if there are changes to your key contacts, you will hear directly from your account manager or our customer support teams.
Q: Will my legal contract as a customer change?
No, if your contract is with a specific DRG legal entity, this will remain the case. Going forwards, you can sign one contract with Clarivate which can cover any of the Clarivate products and services we offer.
Q: How will this affect my products and services?
A: Clarivate and DRG have complementary and synergistic product portfolios that will enable us to support the drug, device and medical technology landscape from research through to outcome. We are now building a common product strategy of delivering highly innovative solutions leveraging state-of-the-art data sciences, which will deliver an exceptional customer experience while accelerating our customers’ innovation and commercial growth. This will be achieved via highly specialized analytics and unique expert insights. DRG products and services will continue to be migrated into the Clarivate portfolio of offerings, enabling users to benefit from more integrated solutions. Over the coming months, you may notice changes to the names of some of the products or to their look and feel as we step away from positioning our acquired brands as separate, independent businesses or companies and present all our brands as part of one Clarivate.
