Enhanced Comparative Table Builder: Benchmark the safety profile of drugs and targets with a new, more intuitive version of this analytic tool. Use it to anticipate the safety of novel compounds – based on their in vitro pharmacology profile – new drug combinations – based either on the individual drugs or the targets hit – or get insights about the mechanism behind unexpected adverse drug reactions.

New Exports: We have heard you! You can now export OFF-X Safety alerts as excel files to get all the manually curated data and the details about the original data sources.

OFF-X Knowledge Base: Get the contextual help you need, quickly and easily. The new OFF-X Knowledge Base features a powerful search engine, so you can find the articles you need on any topic. You will get access to the Knowledge Base from both the page footer and the support center. The latter will allow you to navigate the help articles without leaving the OFF-X page.

Updated Real-World Evidence Analysis dashboard: Two new functionalities in the RWE analysis dashboard have been redesigned and added to the drug records in the new OFF-x platform: Comparative report analysis and Report details and analysis.

Updated FDA Summary Basis of Approval (SBA) documents navigation: Access the safety data extracted via text-mining methodologies from FDA SBAs using a new interface to allow you an easy navigation of the PDF files.

Enhanced drug approval coverage by the UK’s MHRA: A comprehensive curation of the full archive of drug approvals in the UK before 1995 has been conducted.

The final launch is coming soon! Both platforms will coexist until July 10, 2024, when the legacy OFF-X platform will be decommissioned. Make sure you get familiar with the new OFF-X today!
