Beginning her career as a Medical Writer, Sophie now leads the Clarivate Value Communication team, which includes medical writers, graphic designers, developers, and consultants. She has rich experience in the development of evidence-based market access materials, from value and reimbursement dossiers to value propositions and creative slide decks. Her areas of expertise include diabetes, obesity, multiple sclerosis, and rare diseases.​​

Sophie is expert at making the complex simple – we often involve her in leadership and execution of projects that involve grappling with complex or innovative concepts, and presenting them in clear, impactful ways. She is also an experienced project manager and has completed a Diploma in Leadership and Management (City & Guilds Level 3), which she passed with distinction.​​

Prior to joining Clarivate, Sophie completed a PhD in Biological Sciences and a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science at Aberystwyth University.
