Cliff comes with over 12 years of strategy and analytics in the healthcare and life science vertical, with a specialty in US market access dynamics. Cliff comes to Clarivate most recently from Symphony Health, where he acted as Principal and Subject Matter Expert on a wide range of issues related to US Pricing, Coverage, Brand and Market Access strategy.

Cliff’s expertise in patient-longitudinal analytics, modeling, and leveraging a wide range of data assets including real-world data (RWD) allows him to assist clients in executing on more sophisticated market access engagements to help develop actionable, value-driven strategies and tactics. His proven expertise in creating robust frameworks to provide insight into payer control and patient access includes integrating RWD with other databases, such as formulary/medical coverage policy, diagnostic, SDOH, and consumer data.

Client work has expanded across a wide range of therapeutic areas, such as oncology, immunology, cell and gene therapies, and rare disease. In addition, Cliff has worked closely with a wide range of business stakeholders, including brand strategy, managed markets, account management, HEOR, and policy.

Prior to Symphony Health, Cliff has held strategy consulting roles in the life science, payer, and provider verticals and holds an MPH in Health Policy & Law.
