Head of Editorial Outreach, Web of Science
Mireia is responsible for ensuring our editorial policies, selection process and evaluation criteria are clearly understood.
Mireia joined Clarivate in 2020 as Head of Editorial Outreach. Before joining Clarivate, Mireia was Knowledge Management Technician at the Bellvitge Institute of Biomedical Research (IDIBELL) where she managed the institute’s research activity information. Prior to her time at IDIBELL she held several editorial roles at the open access publisher MDPI, she was part of the editorial team of the journal Molecules and Managing Editor of the International Journal of Turbomachinery, Propulsion and Power. She also represented the company at scientific events and coordinated editorial activities between the company’s offices in China and teams in Barcelona.
Mireia holds a degree in Chemistry from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a PhD in Chemistry from the same university and the Catalan Institute on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2).
