ePharma Consumer® is a study and strategic advisory service focused on helping clients understand how patients and caregivers want to interact with manufacturers, assess their content and service preferences, and optimize cross-channel touch points such as websites, apps and patient support programs.
The study was fielded among 6640 online adults ages 18+ in the United States in Q4 2015. Data can be segmented by 50+ patient and caregiver categories, including diabetes, arthritis, multiple sclerosis or cancer patients.
