The impact of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on global scientific research

For more than a decade, Ukraine has been a valuable part of scientific research with over 52,000 papers, many highly cited, written by Ukrainian researchers. This essential work came to a halt when Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022.
