Gender Pay Gap reporting is now a legal requirement for organizations with more than 250 employees in Great Britain as of April 5 2017.
At Clarivate, we understand the importance of having a diverse workforce. Research shows us that companies that retain and attract women to leadership positions are more successful than those that do not. Ultimately, we want to do more to address our gender pay gap, not only because it makes business sense but because it is the right thing to do.
