Mild Cognitive Impairment – Epidemiology – Middle East Africa

We review the published literature, including online registries and surveys, using a systematic search with a defined date range, for the most representative epidemiological data on MCI.

We summarize the results of our review for the epidemiological estimates of prevalence that are used directly in our forecast model in the “Studies Included” table. How we used these estimates and to which countries they were applied are discussed in the text and summarized in the sources table in the relevant epidemiology population sections. We report the most relevant sources not used and the reason for not using them in the “Studies Excluded” table
