Anna is a seasoned bioinformatics and translational research leader with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of data science, biology, and data-driven biomedical research. She supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in defining research strategies, solving complex data challenges, and generating insights that advance drug discovery and translational research.
In her current role, Anna leads client engagements from opportunity assessment and project scoping through delivery and stakeholder communication. She works closely with scientific and business stakeholders to understand research objectives, develop analytical strategies, build multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project execution. Her expertise spans multi-OMICs and single cell analytics, biomarker discovery, data engineering, and AI-enabled solutions, helping organizations unlock greater value from biological and clinical data. A central focus of her work is translating complex scientific questions into practical, data-driven strategies that support innovation and informed decision-making.
Anna holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Computer Genetics and has a particular interest in the molecular mechanisms underlying disease, specifically transcriptional regulation and cancer biology.
