Pancreatic cancer is a deadly disease with the majority of patients surviving less than one year. Despite huge advances in other oncology indications, treatment options for pancreatic cancer remain severely limited. Tarceva is currently the only approved targeted therapy for pancreatic cancer but offers limited survival benefits.
