With the signing into law of the One Big Beautiful Bill on July 3, U.S. healthcare is in for substantial changes. The sprawling bill will impact Medicaid and Medicare as well as the exchange marketplaces established under the Affordable Care Act, resulting in big shifts in coverage and, in all likelihood, millions of Americans losing coverage.
