Relapsed / refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) is an aggressive disease with significant unmet need. The treatment landscape has evolved since the approval of various novel therapies, including the anti-CD-19 CAR T-cell therapies Yescarta (Gilead), Kymriah (Novartis), and Breyanzi (Bristol Myers Squibb). Other prominent targeted therapies include the anti-CD-19 monoclonal antibody Monjuvi / Minjuvi (MorphoSys / Incyte), the anti-CD-79 and CD-19 antibody-drug conjugates Polivy (Roche) and Zynlonta (ADC Therapeutics), and the SINE inhibitor Xpovio (Karyopharm Therapeutics).
