Immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as Merck & Co.’s Keytruda and GlaxoSmithKline’s Jemperli, and targeted therapies, such as Eisai’s Lenvima, have revolutionized the therapeutic landscape of advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma, for which chemotherapy and hormonal therapy used to be the standard of care.
