Annie joined Clarivate in 2022 to advise IP teams on enhancing their people, processes, technology, and IP intelligence. More recently, she has focused on transforming IP operations and shaping strategic IP direction for corporate and law firm clients. Her work includes leading strategic discussions to uncover business priorities, diagnosing operational challenges, assessing IPMS adoption and maturity, and identifying workflow improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
She delivers tailored recommendations with clear implementation pathways and articulates ROI to support confident decision‑making. In 2024, Annie co‑authored the inaugural Excellence in IP Operations report, followed in 2025 by the Evolution of AI in IP report.
Previously, Annie worked in-house for a large luxury brand for five years. During this time, she supported trademark and domain name registration and enforcement, harmonized workflows, introduced new technologies to increase efficiency, developed IP operations strategy, and created intellectual property policies. Annie holds a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in IP, qualifying in Trademarks and Patents.
