InCites – Citation-based intelligence for research discovery and performance evaluation

InCites is a customized online citation-based research evaluation tool that enables you to visualize research performance, benchmark performance relative to peers, develop collaborative partnerships and analyze research trends using modern bibliometric tools.

Based on the literature database Web of Science, InCites enables the visualisation and comparison of publication output and impact of individual institutions with regard to various parameters.

For example, it is possible to analyse how often an institution publishes in cooperation with industrial partners or which are the institutions with which your scientists co-publish most often. The newly launched Research Horizon Navigator™, a new discovery module within InCites Benchmarking & Analytics is designed to empower academics, funding agencies, research strategists and publishers to identify new research areas that point to where future breakthroughs are likely to occur.
