Saying that filling ILL requests for hard-to-find materials isn’t simple is an understatement.
Reaching out to libraries, finding the institution holding the right material, and getting it into the user’s hands are only a few of the required steps. And it can take weeks until users receive their materials.
Florida Gulf Coast University and East Tennessee State University will walk us through their migration journey to Rapido. Both libraries collaborated with partners in the ILL community and the Ex Libris team to:

- Take a user-centric approach to deliver materials faster
- Centralize the management of all ILL requests
