Why can I still not access the Web of Science Publisher Portal?

If you have completed the 2-step registration process to access the Web of Science™ Publisher Portal but you are not able to access your user account yet, an update of the publisher database is necessary in order to grant you access.
Our databases are updated regularly, you will be able to access the Publisher Portal within one week.
