Hundreds of international publishers and societies trust us to look after their submission and peer-review workflows across more than 7,000 sites. End-to-end reporting, full customization and support from our expert team helps your editors focus on the tasks that matter most.
Manage your scientific meeting with a professional-grade abstract and conference proceedings management system that speeds up abstract review and acceptance, scheduling, invitations and post-invitation data collection.
Manage your book-publishing process from acquisition and content approval through content review, assembly and release to production. Your editorial and production offices can focus on manuscripts, not system configuration and administration.
The ScholarOne partner program connects you with trusted partners to create a streamlined experience for authors, reviewers, and editors at a critical point in the research workflow.
ScholarOne’s tools save editors and authors time through innovative capabilities including AI-powered metadata extraction and submission filtering. Authors can autofill fields from uploaded documents, and editors can filter submissions using built-in functionality to streamline the process, no matter your role.
Through ScholarOne’s Unusual Activity Detection tool, our proprietary algorithms protect the integrity of your journal and editorial processes by helping you spot potentially unusual activities from authors and reviewers.
ScholarOne integrates with key organizations throughout the industry, including ORCID for single sign-on, CRediT taxonomy to capture unique contributor roles, and Publons™ to track, verify, and showcase peer review and academic contributions for journals, claim credit for previously completed reviews, and to connect editors to knowledgeable, engaged reviewers.
One solution was provided by the integration of ScholarOne Manuscripts with OJS that helps streamline the publication process, the management of authors and reviewers and helps journals like JONUS improve the quality of reviews and, in turn, of individual papers.

Publons Reviewer Connect
Publons Reviewer Connect is now fully integrated into ScholarOne, helping you to find the right reviewers using the industry’s most powerful reviewer search. Powered by Publons and Web of Science™, Publons Reviewer Connect is the only search tool that uses cross-publisher peer review, publication and availability data to help you find reviewers and get publications out the door faster.
Authors can log in to participating ScholarOne sites using their ORCID credentials. ScholarOne also captures the ORCID iD of reviewers, keeps ORCID iDs validated when a publisher acquires a journal from another publisher and removes all non-validated ORCID iDs.
RightsLink for Open Access
Provides you with a full open access fee payment system. Upfront estimation lets authors see anticipated fees before submission. Final payments are collected on the RightsLink platform to give a comprehensive fee-payment system for journals.
A real-time collaborative authoring environment featuring both rich and LaTeX modes. Authors can quickly and easily submit their Overleaf document directly to journals on ScholarOne Manuscripts.
Gives authors the opportunity to provide a plain text summary during submission. Once an article is published, the summary is available at growkudos.com with a link back to the source article, providing additional exposure to the article and its journal.
