Voice of the Customer - USask’s InCites on Reporting for Strategic International Relationship Building

Academic units need thorough, insightful advice to inform the ongoing strategic development of their international engagement. At USask, InCites is used to mine individual-researcher-level bibliometric data which is then aggregated and coupled with in-house research project and international agreement data to inform department and college-level international decision making.

About our speaker:

Megan Fulmes is University of Saskatchewan’s international information specialist by day, an economist-in-training and professional editor by night, and is driven by a fervor for thoroughly researched arguments built on pristine data. She is honoured to have been selected to present twice at the MoveON annual conference in 2018 (Malta) and in 2019 (Amsterdam), co-present in an academic capacity at USask’s People Around the World (PAW) 2019 Conference, and host this use case webinar for the InCites’ Voice of the Customer series for other users of the North American research evaluation community.
