Ready, Set, Open.

We’re getting excited for Open Access Week! This year, OA Week runs from October 24th to the 30th, with the theme “Open in Action.”

To truly celebrate the openness of Open Access, we want to know what you think! From Monday the 24th to Thursday the 27th we’ll be posting a new question on Twitter and looking for your opinions. The questions will ask about with how you’re adjusting to the Open Access trend in your role, whether as a librarian, publisher or researcher. Each submission we receive will be entered to win one of four Amazon gift cards!

Get a head start – here are the questions we’ll be asking:

Monday – What is your role in driving Open Access adoption at your university?

Tuesday – How does access type affect your peer review processes?

Wednesday – How are you keeping up with Open Access mandates to relay to your researchers?

Thursday – Is there enough unbiased discourse on the topic of Open Access?

Tweet us an answer to be in the running for a gift card!

Be on the lookout!

Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing different Open Access insights through our blog and on stateofinnovation.com

Make sure to follow our twitter handles @webofscience and @ScholarOneNews to view these new materials and continue the Open Access discussion!
