Even though the vast majority of peer reviews are legitimate, the reputational risks are very real for publishers. In this session, Greg Kloiber (Senior User Experience Designer) will discuss how ScholarOne’s Unusual Activity Detection tool can improve a journal’s reputation by simplifying the management of the submission and review processes. He’ll also demonstrate how, in the long run, this tool will help reduce the number of retractions by highlighting issues prior to publication.
