An introduction to the trademark module of Darts-ip for new users. During this session, we’ll cover the following topics:
- Party search & counter-part profiling to check the litigiousness of a party, their behaviour and litigation history
- Prepare arguments for a case or anticipate your chances of success on absolute or relative grounds (e.g. distinctivness of a mark, TM reputation, genuine use)
- Understand the case law from the CJEU and GC with Dixit Curia
- Assess the similarity between the signs with our sign comparison tools
- Assess the similarity between goods and services with our statistic tools
