An introduction to the patent module of Darts-ip for new users. During this session, we’ll cover the following topics:
- Party search & counter-part profiling to check the litigiousness of a party, their behaviour and litigation history
- Find the most comprehensive and up-to-date information regarding the status and strength of patents that you have identified as potentially relevant for your Freedom-to-Operate search
- Gather strategic information to prepare an appeal: on the interpretation of a specific legal topic before a specific jurisdicition
- Find case law on a specific molecule or SEP
- Know how a term is understood by a judge/ examiner to strengthen the scope of protection of your patent
- Assess the risk with our damage search tool
