Alison Kneen is Senior Vice President, Global Market Access and Head of the Centre of Innovation and Regulatory Science (CIRS) and Clarivate Abacus. Alison is a strategic advisor on a wide range of client projects covering global market access, and public affairs. She works with multi-disciplinary expert teams to create and implement personalized, high-quality, commercially-relevant strategies.
Alison brings extensive global experience built over 32 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 27 of those years spent specifically in market access and public policy roles. Alison was an inaugural member of the first market access team in the pharmaceutical industry and developed her career further in GSK, Novartis, AstraZeneca, and Baxalta. Laterally, she was Head of Market Access Strategic Consulting at IQVIA, where she worked in partnership with clients to overcome their patient access hurdles.
