Clarivate South Asia hosted the India Research Excellence – Citation Awards virtually on 28th Oct.
India Research Excellence- Citation Awards has been organized since 2004, awarding excellence in research. These prestigious awards recognize both individual researchers and institutions who have made outstanding pioneering and impactful research contributions.
This year eight researchers and 12 institutions received the awards. New categories to award Women in Research and those who have demonstrated excellence in research related to Sustainable Development Goals were also introduced this year.
Distinguished speakers for this year’s awards included Dr. R.A. Mashelkar, Eminent Scientist and Former Director General Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) and Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education.
