We report the prevalence of <abbr title=\"coronavirus disease 2019\">COVID-19<\/abbr> vaccine-eligible populations for each country, as well as annualized case counts projected to the national population.<\/p>\n<p>Clarivate Epidemiology&#8217;s <abbr title=\"coronavirus disease 2019\">COVID-19<\/abbr> vaccine forecast will answer the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"round-bullets\">\n<li>How many medical doctors and nurses are there in the major mature markets? These front-line workers are among those recommended for\u00a0booster \/ additional doses of the\u00a0<abbr title=\"coronavirus disease 2019\">COVID-19<\/abbr> vaccine.<\/li>\n<li>How will demographic trends, such as population aging and improving life expectancy, affect the epidemiology of the <abbr title=\"coronavirus disease 2019\">COVID-19<\/abbr> vaccination in the elderly population over the forecast period?<\/li>\n<li>How many people younger than age 65 are at high risk for complications from <abbr title=\"coronavirus disease 2019\">COVID-19<\/abbr>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All forecast data are available on the Clarivate\u00a0Insights Platform in tabular format, with options to download to MS Excel. All populations are accompanied by a comprehensive description of the methods and data sources used, with hyperlinks to external sources. A summary evidence table generated as part of our systematic review of the epidemiological literature is also provided for full transparency into research and methods.
