Starting your upgrade<\/h3>\n
The upgrade process will include a period of dual access to both Integrity and Cortellis Drug Discovery
\nIntelligence for your users for up to 12 months starting in January 2020. Our goal will be to ensure that your
\nusers are regularly using Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence in advance of your next annual subscription
\nperiod.<\/p>\n
Your Account Manager will be in touch to discuss proposed dates and timelines for your upgrade. Our aim is
\nto make your upgrade experience as seamless as possible by working closely with you to provide training and
\nsupport to meet your organization\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n
Communication plan<\/h3>\n
Your Account Manager will work with you to establish an internal communication plan for the upgrade. We
\ncan provide customized emails to support the communication of key milestones and training dates and to
\nencourage adoption by your end users. You will also be able to download upgrade materials from the
\nUpgrade Center that will be available throughout the dual-access period.<\/p>\n
Identifying users<\/h3>\n
A list of currently registered Integrity users for your organization will be provided for you to confirm
\nemployee status ahead of the scheduled start of the dual-access period.<\/p>\n
Accessing Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence<\/h3>\n
All users will be provided with complete log-in instructions for Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence once the
\ndual-access period begins. There will be a link to Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence inside Integrity to
\nfacilitate access to the new product and foster awareness.<\/p>\n
Customized training for your organization<\/h3>\n
Your Account Manager will also work with you to establish a training plan for your organization, including
\ncustomized training as needed. E-learning materials will be available inside Cortellis Drug Discovery
\nIntelligence along with links to public training sessions. We\u2019re excited to announce that in-product guided
\ntours and context-sensitive help will also be available inside Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence to support
\nyour users.<\/p>\n
Alerts<\/h3>\n
Your users\u2019 \u201cKeep Me Posted\u201d and \u201cControlled Vocabulary\u201d alerts will be moved from Integrity to Cortellis
\nDrug Discovery Intelligence at a mutually agreed date during your upgrade period. Given the new search
\nengine deployed in Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence, it will not be possible to automatically move \u201cSaved
\nQuery\u201d alerts to the new product. However, our expert Customer Service team will be available to provide
\npersonalized and individual attention to users to help them re-create those alerts in Cortellis Drug Discovery
\nIntelligence.<\/p>\n
Keeping up-to-date on the latest Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence developments<\/h3>\n
We have a clear roadmap to add new content, functionality, analytics and visualizations to Cortellis Drug
\nDiscovery Intelligence going forward. This information will be available in the Upgrade Center that will be
\navailable to support you with CDDI rollout at your organization. Your users will also be kept up-to-date on
\nthe latest tips and tricks, training information and events via notifications within Cortellis Drug Discovery
