The challenge: From on-premise to cloud<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When Crowell & Moring LLP merged with Brinks Gilson & Lione in 2021, they faced the significant challenge of unifying both firms under a single IP management system (IPMS). The goal was to put in place a modern and cohesive infrastructure across the newly formed entity.<\/p>\n

There were two main objectives during the merger process:<\/p>\n

  1. Transition the Brinks team from an on-premise IPMS to FoundationIP.<\/li>\n
  2. Integrate a number of custom applications from both firms to FoundationIP without disrupting ongoing operations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This required a solution that could handle the complexities of both firms’ existing systems. FoundationIP proved capable of successfully integrating the custom applications, data sets and workflows from both firms, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining operational continuity.<\/p>\n

    The process: Clear communication and expert execution<\/strong><\/h3>\n
