The aim of this training is to show how Darts-ip can guide you through the Chinese jurisdictions and help you extract invaluable information from the Chinese section of the Darts-ip case law database.

This session will help you to :

• Obtain a comprehensive view of a patent’s granting proceeding before the Chinese Patent Office
• And develop judicial strategies before the Chinese jurisdictions (competitor monitoring, forum shopping, analysing case-law…)
