Using MetaCore to investigate targets identified in phenotypic screening assays

Phenotypic screening has been widely used in drug discovery to identify first-in-class therapeutics. Deconvoluting the molecular target of a new drug, although not required, is highly desirable; by understanding the molecular mechanism of action of your drug, you can prioritize your screening hits with greater confidence and anticipate and mitigate side effects. Being able to give a strong biological rationale for how your drug works is important whether you are presenting to colleagues, peers, potential partners/funders or regulators.

Join this webinar to discover how you can use MetaCore to:

• Investigate biological relationships between a list of targets
• Build a network to visualize and confirm a biological link between a new target and the observed phenotype
• Convert a network into a MetaCore Pathway Map for presenting your findings.
