We are committed to accelerating the pace of innovation by constantly adjusting and improving upon features in our products. Stay up to date with all of our exciting developments as we enhance your InCites experience.
In Q1, we delivered on improving customization and workflow for our users. We introduced a few new features including a five-year trend graph and new filter for Authors per Document to restrict many-authored papers from your collaboration analysis. To further improve our integration with Web of Science, we’ve increased the number of custom datasets that can be created in Web of Science and sent to InCites from five to 20.
And we aren’t stopping there; we have a busy year planned ahead for InCites.
In Q2, get ready for a focus on bibliometrics with the Journal Quartile indicator being added to help in evaluating output in top journals. Then, personalize your analysis by uploading and reusing datasets to build tiles. With that, you’ll be able to organize custom entities and groups so they are represented and benchmarked together.
Beginning in Q3, navigate faster within InCites. We’ll be releasing a library of dashboards and tiles to leverage for even faster reporting. Navigation will be more focused around the dashboards, making it easier to answer primary questions around research performance and collaboration.
And then, in Q4, new visualizations will be introduced to measure output and impact in a single view and identify relative research strengths quickly. Further refine geographic research output and assess the research of Europe regions with the new European Territorial Units.
