In April, Clarivate Analytics launched Trademark.com to empower small businesses to protect their brands and trademarks, keeping them safe from copycats. With Trademark.com, entrepreneurs and small business owners can now monitor up to five marks for copycat activity, determine the availability of their desired mark before applying and secure help filing their trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Fast forward five months, and we are proud to announce that last week, our “Copycats” brand for Trademark.com, developed in partnership with Studio Texture, was the winner for best professional services brand at the Brand Impact Awards 2019 – Computer Arts’ annual celebration of the very best branding from around the world! With the help of Texture, Trademark.com “hit the spot” and was recognized for its brave creative work.
The Brand Impact Awards are judged on the following criteria: a compelling, appropriate idea; beautiful, consistent execution; and work that stands head and shoulders above its market sector.
This award is a clear demonstration of the value of branding, including the ways in which creative design can truly bring a product and a business to life.
