{"id":14375,"date":"2017-07-25T09:34:53","date_gmt":"2017-07-25T09:34:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clarivate.com\/?p=14375"},"modified":"2017-07-25T09:34:53","modified_gmt":"2017-07-25T09:34:53","slug":"fast-breaking-papers-may-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clarivate.com\/academia-government\/blog\/fast-breaking-papers-may-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Fast-Breaking Papers for May 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Essential Science Indicators<\/em>\u00a0from Clarivate Analytics lists Highly Cited Papers, which constitute the top 1% of papers in each of 22 broad fields and each year of coverage. The lists are updated every two months to reflect their current citation counts and also include new papers that enter the top percentile.<\/p>\n<p>Here, we identify a subset of these papers having the largest percentage increase in citations in their respective fields from one bimonthly update to the next.
