Mel Fitzpatrick is leading the company’s global workplace transformation leveraging a data-driven and engagement-led approach to accelerate new ways of working – both where and how – and the adoption of a digital-first mindset and culture. She was previously Chief People & Brand Officer at CPA Global, where she led the Global Strategy Growth team, including the Corporate Strategy, Marketing, People & Organization, and Communications & Engagement teams across the globe.
Mel is personally focused on leadership development as well as diversity and inclusion. She has significant global experience and specializes in M&A and building brands and talent across software, technology, outsourcing and services industries, including with the Allegis Group, Williams Lea Tag and the Sage Group plc.
Mel is a graduate of Northumbria University with a first-class BA with Honors in Business Studies & Marketing and a post-graduate diploma in Marketing.
