Jody Buchman joined Clarivate in August 2022 as Senior Vice President, Customer Care. She has over 20 years of experience leading global customer support services along with extensive management background.

Jody joined Clarivate from Transaction Data Systems where she was Senior Vice President of Delivery and Client Advocacy leading support and implementation teams while creating client advocacy programs for the company. Prior to that, Jody was with Oracle Cerner for nearly 20 years, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief of Client Success and Support where she focused on creating the business methodology to ensure clients achieved operational, clinical, or financial value while using the company’s technology, products and services. She also was directly accountable for all Support Services, leading and growing a global service organization, covering a complex portfolio of products across all of lines of business.

Jody is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a dual degree in political science and psychology. She received her master’s in business administration with an emphasis in information systems from the University of Colorado in Denver.
